At Cohabs I built and run an internal AI platform: a shared foundation that lets every team use AI safely in its day-to-day work.
The starting idea is simple. Without a shared foundation, every team that wants to do something with AI has to solve the same problems on its own: which model to use, how to use it safely, and how to fit it into existing work. The platform solves that once.
What the platform provides
- Access to several AI models, so people use the one that fits the job
- A secure, shared environment instead of scattered tools
- A place to experiment, where each department can test its own use cases
The hardest part was not technical. Shipping the platform was half the job; the other half was helping teams work out what to do with it.
